Sat Nam,I’m Amrit Joti Kaur (aka Crystal), and my life has been a beautiful and transformative path of service, healing, and awakening. I’m an Air Force combat veteran and former attorney who followed a deep soul calling — leaving behind corporate structures to live a life rooted in spiritual practice and heart-led service.After a career-ending injury while playing women’s professional football, I found yoga through physical therapy. What began as a healing practice for my body soon blossomed into a profound spiritual awakening that changed the course of my life.In 2018, I moved to India and immersed myself in the study of ancient yogic wisdom and meditation. I became a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Certification Board (Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India), and went on to study Past Life Regression Therapy through Quantum Life University in Vikarabad, Telangana, among other advanced healing modalities.Upon returning to the US, I studied Applied Astrology with Debra Silverman, and I’ve continued my nomadic path with my beloved service dog, Hermes — communing with Gaia, activating Her grid, and connecting with like-minded souls to create the New Earth.My gifts to others include a range of healing practices — including Kundalini Yoga, kirtan, guided meditations, past life regression, and astrology/tarot sessions — to help others awaken and align with their soul’s highest calling. All my offerings are on an energy exchange basis, making them available for anyone regardless of their financial situations.
